That experience is transformed into unapologetic streetwear.
The front features the Pure⭐️Rican name intertwined with IV-inspired imagery, while the back explodes into an intricate Dialysis Designs composition filled with medical equipment, dialysis imagery, graffiti influence, and the provocative message:
“They’re Makin’ Us Sick With Our Food & They Know It!”
Complementary artwork on both sleeves completes the piece, making the shirt feel intentional from every angle.
But underneath all the graphics is the real message:
The fight became part of the foundation.
